Full payment is due at the time of session. Payments are processed via credit card kept on file. HSA cards are accepted.
Intake (initial) appointment (60 min): $300
Individual therapy sessions (50 min): $240
Your insurance plan may offer out-of-network benefits, which may reimburse you for a portion of services. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to inquire further about your out-of-network benefits. If you elect to use this benefit, I will provide you a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Please note that the Superbill will include a mental health diagnosis, which will be included in your medical records.
Full payment is due at the time of session and I cannot guarantee reimbursement to you by your insurance company. I will not have any direct interaction with your insurance provider.
A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or upon request. Prices are subject to change.
When you schedule an appointment, you are committing to an hour of services and the time is being held exclusively for you. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance of your session if you need to reschedule. Summerland Psychology will charge the full session fee for late cancelations or missed appointments.
In the event of rare or extenuating circumstances, we may be able to work out alternative arrangements, but this is not guaranteed.
