Therapy for Older Adults and Caregivers

Growing older brings both gifts and challenges. Life transitions such as retirement, changing health, caring for a partner, or the loss of loved ones can stir up stress, grief, or uncertainty. You may notice shifts in mood, anxiety about the future, or simply a sense that life feels different than you expected.

You don’t have to navigate these changes on your own.

Therapy offers a supportive space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing and to find ways forward.    Together we can work on:

- Coping with grief and loss
- Adjusting to retirement or other major life transitions
- Managing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
- Caring for an aging partner or loved one
- Building resilience and finding renewed meaning and purpose
- Learning new approaches and skills for coping

Care that Fits into Your Life

All sessions are held virtually, making it easier to get care that fits your schedule and comfort—no need to drive, arrange transportation, or leave the environment where you feel most at ease.

My Approach

I specialize in geropsychology—the unique psychological needs of older adults and their families. My style is warm, practical, and evidence-based, drawing on approaches that are shown to be effective. Our sessions will be paced to fit your needs.

What to Expect

We’ll begin by talking about what’s most important to you right now—whether that’s managing a specific challenge or simply finding a place to process your thoughts and feelings. From there, we’ll set clear goals together and check in regularly on your progress.

Aging is a journey- and you don't have to face the challenges on your own.
